&lt;P align=left&gt;We will work hard to complete construction over the winter and have it ready for&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;use late next spring or early summer. It will feature three swimming pools&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;(including an indoor lap pool), a member lounge and snack bar, fitness center and an&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;area dedicated to youth activities. I am eager to share the detailed plans with you&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;and have asked the architects to prepare renderings as soon as possible. The site&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;for the new facility has been shifted a block or so to the east. It will sit prominently&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;at the top of the “hill” on the north side coming in to the Bayside Village. From this&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;vantage point there will be spectacular views across the park and over the Bay.&lt;/P&gt;

But not to worry!&amp;nbsp; In case of a Bay Creek&amp;nbsp;emergency, you can always find him relaxing and basking in the sun or enjoying&amp;nbsp;some shade of town trees in front of&amp;nbsp;the hardware store.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;If you miss him there, try Rayfield's.&amp;nbsp; When finished the town gossip and discussing who is delinquent in homeowner dues on Mason Avenue, he heads off to Rayfields to make sure no scuttlebutt has been missed.&amp;nbsp; Now, it's time to go to relax at Coach House Tavern after a such a long day's work.&amp;nbsp; After all, being seen on site at the end of the day&amp;nbsp;reassures us all he's on top of everything.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;At the end of this exhausting day, it's time to stop at the liquor store on Rt 13 in Cape Charles....in the Bay Creek truck no less.&amp;nbsp;
