Newest Beach Club announcement.  Note all the "will be" language.  Looks and sounds just like the one that said the beach club would be open in 2006.  Membership $20,000?  What about all the people that paid $30,000.  And the "Club reserves the right to modify the Membership Plan and prices at its discretion".  Basically, that means they do not have to move forward with any of these facilities if they change their mind, after you have paid.  And what does refundable mean?  Remember the Letter to the Editor in the Eastern Shore newspaper article ?
